Where are we and how do you get hold of us?

If you're thinking of coming to Heart of Pargon, you're going to want to know how to get hold of us and where we run our events!

The best person to get in contact with is Will Power, the system manager. You can get hold of him by email on will@heartofpargon.co.uk, or if you prefer you can almost always find him on his mobile at 07736322598.

Events

Most of our day events are run on Woodbury Common, once a month. Typically we meet at 10am at 67 Birchy Barton Hill in Exeter. Here we get the kit organised, sort out our characters and then head off. If you might be travelling a long way, just let us know and it is more than likely we can help. Typically we try and have a whole weekend of things happening, either with two Heart of Pargon adventures back to back (saturday and sunday), coinciding with an event of another club (Shadow Realms or Three Kingdoms) so that you can play something on the other day or some form of party or movie marathon to entertain and make it worth coming for the weekend!

Once ready, we head off to site, often via a supermarket to stock up on food and drink. Once at the site we make final prearations and head off on the adventure, usually between 11:30am and 12:00pm. We aim to finish before it gets dark, so adventure lengths can vary depending on time of year. We usually aim to finish by 6pm at the very latest, earlier in the darker months.

We do run other events, usually weekend or even week long adventures at a variety of locations around the country. To date we have used sites in North and South East London, Harmer Green Scout camp and Chislehurst caves respecitvely. We are also booked to use a site in south Wales for our week long Saga, and have plans to use other sites in the Exeter area for weekend events, and possibly begin running day adventures in Swindon, West Cornwall and South Wales, but these are plans in the early stages of development!

Anyway, we hope that answers a few of your questions, but do not hesitate to get in touch if there is anything else you need to know!
