Raz lowers his head and mutters

He ... he .... isn't. About 6 weeks ago I recieved a letter from him, he was in Sinya Palurin but was in an area surrounded by radiation. When we found him we found he had left the village during the attack because he had become possessed by a demon. A powerful healer and a great friend of mine, Kalist, agreed to excorcise the demon. While my friends and I fought the demon, my father died.

There is nothing to say, he died and I couldn't save him. It's no different to what happened with Hoturi many years ago. I've returned home a failure

"Raz you're not a failure. You're always so hard on yourself. Stop it... Come on, lets get going"

Hmm you are the second person to say that to me recently. Yes we should hurry

With that Raz speeds up to a very brisk walk

So what have you done since I left? What became of the village?

*Tyga chuckles slightly*

"Well, we could have done with your help a little, but we coped. There was quite a lot of Triundun followers, they tried to take the village quite a few times, but we held it. Then, about a year ago, a group of adventurers from the mainland came and vanquished Triundun himself. There's been a lot less trouble from his followers since, most of them have gone into hiding. I've been training more, give up on the sword though... was never gonna happen. I've just been getting bored, was on my way to find you and go adventuring. I've missed you! I've had no one to argue with, with you gone."

Raz put an arm around Tyga and smiles

I missed you to

Raz let her go before he spoke once more

I am sorry I left. I didn't deal with the situation in a way that is befitting of me. I thought only of my father and not of the village but I will make it up to you. As for adventuring, now that is very interesting. I have fought many battles in the last 3 months. Demons, Undead, fanatical followers of evil gods, Werewolves, Demon Werewolves, psychopathic midgets. I even met Velnashar at one point, I didn't really know who he was but I am told he is an evil god of the sun or something. Oh I met a truly wonderful being also, Lady Eternity

As he speaks he name his eyes briefly flash bright purple

Not really a god in the conventional sense of the word but a being that controls the very fabric of Time and without question the wisest person I have ever met. So, you finally admitted defeat and gave up the sword

Raz chuckles

With all due respect, you were somewhat . . . clumsy with one

Raz smiles

So what training have you done?

*Tgya punches ERaz on the arm when he calls her clumsy*

"yeah orite... i was rubbish. I'm fighting unarmed now, the way of the absent blade. It's better for me, less cuts." *she chuckles*

Raz laughs empathically

That is a noble path to take. Apparently a good way to reach self awareness and insight is through meditation. Haas your father returned?

*Tyga smiles, a sad smile*

"We found his body by the river 2 days after you left, it was washed up on the shore. Triundun followers. It's ok. it was a long time ago."

Raz puts a hand on Tyga's shoulder

I'm very sorry. He was a good man. Anything else I should be aware of? I take it you haven't found a man yet else you wouldn't want to be heading off adventuring

He smiles

Well if women are more you thing, that is your choice

Raz smiles, deliverately trying to annoy Tyga - in a humourous way

Wow my home is still standing, thank you for looking after it

"Ok maybe I DON'T miss you anymore! Maybe you should go away for another 6 years!"

*She smiles at her old friend*

"Couldn't let your house fall into dissarray! Was practically my house too, too many memories, happy memories. But come on you, stop blabbing on. Lets go get some food and drink and get going."

Raz smiles then nods in agreeance

Lead the way
