Thank you Pete for yesterday (and indeed for Saturday as though I wasn't around I appreciate it being run).

Thanks to people who set up the tavern, monstered and travelled long distances.

Thank you to our brave players for venturing out in the weather, and those who endured the slaughter that was yesterday.

Thank you to Pete for organising some stuff that generated VAST plot. Forums, roleplay, go people go!

Thanks to our amazing duo monster team.

And thank you to Ceiridd, Ceinwen and Kat for wenching, and in particular Ceiridd for setting up the tavern, which was awesome.

Thanks to everyone who monstered in the pouring rain, everyone who set up and ran the tavern night, and Pete for writing and running the adventures :)

Haze: A distrusting feline. With a mask.
Safina Kor: Human warrior from the Kor tribe (because everyone knows men can't fight... ;))

Thank you Sonny and Pete for running this weekend, sorry I wasn't about: Rebecca was working Friday so I was looking after Alfie then went straight to work for 12 hours overnight so really wasn't up to an adventure yesterday. I then worked 12 hours last night and am working again tonight, too old to do an adventure in between nowadays!

Really good weekend, had a blast.

Big thanks to Sonny and Pete for running, and another big one for Jake + Chee Saturday, and Alfie + Vinnie on the Sunday.

Thoroughly enjoyed myself, players were a treat.

A massive thank you to everyone who managed to make it down for this weekend. Was exhausting but a total blast, totally worth every yawn and scrape.

Firstly thank you players for going along with my random plot, stepping into that totally not obvious trap and generally being awesome. Was a good laugh to see how you all dealt with the things thrown your way and a pleasure to do battle. Wonderful mix of fighting and problem solving styles. Your IC interactions were epic and thank you all for the compliments :)

Secondly to my awesome monster crew for the weekend. You guys were so full of energy and filled the roles so perfectly, scary minions and slightly concerning topless wrestlers xD
Hope you guys had fun and couldn't of done it without your help and enthusiasm.

Another big thank you for those in the background. The good people of Dunlarpin for housing everyone and all the drivers braving woodbry common to help get us and kit too and through :)

and a big massive thank you to the one and only Pete. You added so much to these days and I would of been lost without you, thanks for being mad, Creative and just full of beans to help this all get underway. You are a star and helped more than you can imagine

I'll get the combined mark ups typed and sent in soon so hopefully it will be on the boards for you all in a couple of days.
Thanks again everyone and glad you had a good time :)

Thank you to Dom and monsters for running a very interesting and cool weekend.

For those who are interested, the route more or less followed our first ever adventure on Woodbury Common, visiting the following key places:

- The bunker on top of the ridge, where the first Wraith happened.
- The spot where Baily Bluenose first appeared
- The box
- Our favourite ritual site
- The quarry which has been ever expanding and changing
- A few of the classic Judd fight locations
- Where Eremine first appeared in game

Can anyone think of any more?

Thank you Dom for writing and Will for reffing. Thanks to those who monstered especially Chee who dropped out of playing to help the crew and Sonny for doing it despite being unwell.

It's been nearly 9 years (give or take depending on your point of view) since we took our first tentative steps in Velmaneth and that world has been explored, shaped, coloured and developed so much over that time and much of it by Woodbury Common. LRP has been taking place there for over 20 years and I will always think of landmarks such as "Dragon Hill", "Necromancer's", "Vanquisars" and "The Ranger Station" despite none of those names ever existing in HoP. I hope someone keeps the tradition of LRP alive there, whoever it may be, and if people want it we'll happily run quests there but for now it's time to move on.

New places, new lands await. Perhaps we'll even go to Dolen Taleth.
