That's cause Mantics became a separate powerbase instead of a combination powerbase which they were intended to be.

Back round to the point. I very much like the proposed changes.

I've been thinking about codes and here's a few to think about:

Knight Code
- defend the weak and innocent
- uphold your word
- never attack an unaware enemy
- always defend your beliefs
- never let an insult go unanswered

The bows and daggers thing is basically because they are seen as cowardly but historically knights used bows. By making enemies aware you are essentially removing their 'sneakiness'. I'm not sure about lying but by upholding your word and promises I think it covers most of the intent behind the code.

Furious Blades
- Honour your sword
- Seek to destroy demons
- act with politeness and cleanliness
- never attack an unaware enemy
- never let an insult go unanswered

Are there anymore people can think of?

An addition

Darvans Code (Can also be used for Un-holy Knights maybe?)
- Punish weakness in others
- Your word is your own, never reveal your true intent
- Trickery and Deception are your allies in battle, fight on your own terms. (#pocketsand)
- The beliefs of others are inferior; corrupt and usurp them.
- Always get even
- Steal everything important in the name of Quarvan (Including plot. Always steal plot.)

Is this going to be put into place (alongside the other suggestions [this is the only one that affects me currently, so meh about others]) for Saga/Next event, as I'm just spending a little free time going over my Sept Event spend.

(Ooo.. in addition, do you need to purchase this skill to gain the Specialist Perks associated with the Circles, or can you have that without buying the skill)

This isn't active yet so don't worry. Still talking about it.

The idea is that you would get the Specialist thing in the spell list for free and gain access to other Specialist skills such as Snap Cast, Immunity and -1 to casting (+1 to others). It means that people can be a specialist without gaining the big (IMO) benefit/big drawback.
